Eldar began his career in 2000 with KazTransOil, and later worked for PetroKazakhstan / Kumkol Resources and Vitol Kazakhstan. In 2007 he was a founding partner of Saicat, which was the first Kazakh trading company to successfully achieve and maintain regular export flows at an international level. He was later appointed head of Central Asia, Mongolia & Afghanistan for Gunvor, and in 2015 Eldar founded the Elson Group in Switzerland.
Raushan comes from a solid financial background that began when working inside the Big Four. She has held senior positions responsible for reporting, auditing and corporate finance. Raushan possesses a deep knowledge for the Central Asian energy industry and oversees all financial operations on behalf of the Elson group.
Ruslan Isabaev
Head of Business Development, Central Asia
Ruslan started working for Texaco (North Buzachi Inc.) in 1998 and continued to work in Kazakhstan for Chevron global trading, CNPC and Nelson Petroleum / LUKoil Overseas. During his career Ruslan has held various senior roles in logistics, transportation, marketing & business development, and maintains a strong understanding of all aspects of the oil industry in Central Asia.
Andrey Prosvirov
Marketing Director
Andrey’s origins are linked to a strong refining background that began in 2003, where he has worked extensively at every level with both Atyrau & Shymkent refineries. Today Andrey is responsible for commercial and operational activity inside Kazakhstan.
Mark Grandjean
Head of International Business Development
Mark entered the oil industry in 1998 as a crude oil broker for Channoil in London. He has since worked on petroleum products marketing for LITASCO (Switzerland) and as a business developer for Vitol Kazakhstan, project manager, Caspian region for Gunvor, and as head of business development specialising in FSU markets on behalf of a London based finance & commodity hedge fund.
Chingiz Beissenov
Commercial Operations Manager
Since graduating from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade with a master’s degree, Chingiz has worked for numerous private entities within Kazakhstan and has been involved in both logistics and physical trading of petroleum products, petroleum coke and petrochemicals. Today Chingiz supports various areas of Elson’s activity, specifically the business development team and new projects.
